Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

First: conditions for exchange
Damaged or damaged products:
– If you receive a product in a damaged, invalid or damaged condition due to shipping conditions, etc., the Perla Nera store will pay all shipping costs and expenses to replace the product with another healthy product, and the condition to benefit from this is that the product is unused and in its original condition, damaged or damaged, whatever it is, and we must be informed within 24 hours after receiving the product.
– If for any reason you wish to replace the product with another product in the store, such as the desire to exchange it for another product available in the Perla Nera store, the customer must inform us of the exchange request within 48 hours of receipt of the product, and in this case the customer will bear the shipping cost of the other product in the amount of 25 AED. Within the UAE, but if it is abroad, the cost will be calculated according to the rates of international shipping companies.
1- If for any reason, such as dissatisfaction with the products, the customer wishes to return an undamaged product in its original condition, he must inform us of the desire to return within (3) days of receipt of the shipment, and the value of the shipping cost, which is 25 AED, will be deducted from the value of the product that the customer previously paid.
2- The products to be returned to our warehouse must be in their original condition, new and intact, including the original packaging and unused.
3- The return procedures will be carried out by sending the customer a new return slip to print and stick on the product, and waiting for the representative to pack the product in its original condition or deliver it to the nearest warehouse of the carrier we work with, so that the products can be returned to our warehouses and the return procedures can be completed.
4- If the customer has purchased more than one product and wants to return only one or more of them, he will bear the shipping costs of 25 AED in Local, which will be deducted from the price of the returned products that the customer has paid with one of the payment methods available in the Perla Nera Store.
The specified period for exchanges and returns:
1- In Perla Nera store, you can return your products in their original condition within (3) business days after receiving the shipment.
2- If you have paid for your purchases in Perla Nera Store by credit card or Visa, the products will first be returned to our warehouse and their condition will be checked, and then the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, knowing that it may take a process to retrieve the amount or transfer it to your account (7) working days, but in case of payment upon receipt, the amount will be refunded within (3) working days.
3- If the customer decides to cancel the order before the product is shipped to him, then the refund of the amount paid through the payment methods available in the store may take (14) business days.
